UHURU SUSPENDS HIGH COURT JUDGE- SAYS CHITEMBWE

President Kenyatta suspended Justice Chitembwe following recommendation from the Judicial Service Commission to allow a tribunal investigate him over gross misconduct allegations.

Justice Mumbi Ngugi has been appointed to chair the tribunal.
