In a social media post seen by Dapstrem Media on Mutua’s Facebook page, the politician announced to his followers that he will be holding a joint birthday party with singer Rayvanny on Sunday, August 22, at the Emara Hotel, Ole Sereni.
The birthday party comes weeks after the politician travelled to Tanzania where he met with Rayvanny at his Next Level studios and also after his recent breakup with his wife Lilian.
According to Mutua, the day will not only be a big one for him and Rayvanny but also a number of people who will also be celebrating their birthdays on that particular day.
Guests at the birthday party will eat cake and also get entertained by one of the birthday boys, Rayvanny.
Mutua confirmed to his followers that no one will be charged at the door as it is exclusive but free to enter the event.
“Sunday, August 22nd, is my birthday and also the birthday of Rayvanny – We have decided to hold a special double birthday party for a few people on Sunday afternoon. Please get your free ticket and join us for food and music.” Mutua wrote.
Mutua also went ahead to disclose that he will soon be launching an initiative to empower talented filmmakers and music artists.
”I had a great time with talented Tanzanian artist Rayvanny (Raymond Shaban Mwakyusa) who was born at the southern tip of Tanzania in Mbeya. Rayvanny – Chui – and I share a birthday (August 22nd) and we spent an afternoon singing and talking of our childhood(s), aspirations and how we can work together to consolidate and grow the talents of East African music.”
