Father Declines Government scholarship Because of His Children’s Age-Senegal

Brainy girls- Senegalese 13-year-old twin sisters Aminata (R) and Ramtoulaye (L) Diaw, both graduated high school with a diploma in life and earth science in August.

They both grew up in Yeumbeul, a Dakar suburb and beat the record of the youngest high school graduates in Senegal.

Their father has declined a government sponsored scholarship to France citing their young age.
