Cardi B recently opened up about a frightening accident that left her feeling paralyzed and put her pregnancy at risk. During a chat on X Space, the 31-year-old rapper described the ordeal as a “freak accident” that caused her significant pain.
In her conversation with fans, Cardi didnโt go into specifics about the accident, but she made it clear it was serious. โI had a freak accident,โ she said. โIt wasnโt minorโit actually really hurt.โ
The situation escalated to the point where she felt immobilized. โIt was so intense that I was literally paralyzed,โ she explained. โAnd it almost cost me my baby.โ
Fortunately, Cardi reported that everything turned out okay. โYesterday I was feeling better,โ she shared. โI came home a bit high, but today I woke up sober. If Iโm not feeling better in a few hours, Iโm heading to the hospital, no questions asked.โ
In a lighthearted moment, she joked about her hospital plans, saying, โIโm gonna exaggerate this so I can get more morphine. Morphine me down!โ
Cardi B revealed her third pregnancy on Instagram on August 1, just a day after filing for divorce from her estranged husband, Offset. The couple already has a 6-year-old daughter, Kulture, and a 2-year-old son, Wave.
