South Korean Actor Song Jae-lim Found Dead at 39, Leaving Fans in Shock

South Korean actor Song Jae-lim has passed away at the age of 39. His body was discovered at his residence in Seoul’s Seongdong Ward around 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday, reportedly by a friend with whom he had plans for lunch. A note was found at the scene, though no cause of death has been disclosed, and police have stated there were no signs of foul play.

Song Jae-lim began his career in the entertainment industry as a model before transitioning to acting in 2011. He gained recognition for his performances in popular dramas such as Uncontrollably Fond (2016) and The Man Living in Our House (2016). He also became widely known for his appearance on the hit variety show We Got Married in 2014, where his virtual pairing with actress Kang So-ra endeared him to audiences.

Song was known for keeping a low profile in his personal life. He married actress Kim So-eun in 2016, and the couple maintained a private relationship, free from public controversies.
