Cardi B Reveals ‘Freak Accident’ That Almost Led to Pregnancy Loss

Cardi B recently opened up about a frightening accident that left her feeling paralyzed and put her pregnancy at risk. During a chat on X Space, the 31-year-old rapper described the ordeal as a “freak accident” that caused her significant pain.

In her conversation with fans, Cardi didn’t go into specifics about the accident, but she made it clear it was serious. “I had a freak accident,” she said. “It wasn’t minor—it actually really hurt.”

The situation escalated to the point where she felt immobilized. “It was so intense that I was literally paralyzed,” she explained. “And it almost cost me my baby.”

Fortunately, Cardi reported that everything turned out okay. “Yesterday I was feeling better,” she shared. “I came home a bit high, but today I woke up sober. If I’m not feeling better in a few hours, I’m heading to the hospital, no questions asked.”

In a lighthearted moment, she joked about her hospital plans, saying, “I’m gonna exaggerate this so I can get more morphine. Morphine me down!”

Cardi B revealed her third pregnancy on Instagram on August 1, just a day after filing for divorce from her estranged husband, Offset. The couple already has a 6-year-old daughter, Kulture, and a 2-year-old son, Wave.
