Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly Announce Pregnancy After Past Losses

Megan Fox has revealed that she and rapper Machine Gun Kelly are expecting their first child together.

In a post tagging the musician, Fox shared a photo of herself kneeling, covered in black substance, and cradling a baby bump. She also included an image of a positive pregnancy test and captioned it with, “Nothing is ever really lost. Welcome back.”

Fox, who has been dating Kelly since 2020, previously opened up about experiencing a miscarriage, describing it as a deeply challenging time for both of them. “I’ve never been through anything like that before in my life. It sent us on a very wild journey together and separately,” she shared in an interview on Good Morning America.

She further addressed the loss in her book Pretty Boys Are Poisonous through two heartfelt poems. Fox also shared with Women’s Wear Daily that she had once gone through an ectopic pregnancy, a condition where a fertilized egg implants outside the womb, often in a fallopian tube.

Fox is already a mother to three children, while Kelly has a daughter from a previous relationship.
