Deputy President William Ruto will tour Nandi and Uasin Gishu counties on Wednesday, as he seeks to endear himself to the electorate ahead of the 2022 General Election.
The second-in-command will begin his Wednesday schedule at the Kapsabet show ground before attending the Kapsabet market groundbreaking ceremony.
He will then attend the opening of the Emgwen TTI in Nandi before making two more stops in Uasin Gishu, at Chebolol and Kesses.
Meanwhile, ODM leader Raila Odinga will be attending the seventh Annual Devolution Conference that commences Wednesday at the Makueni Boys High School.
The conference’s theme is in line with the climate change summit recently concluded in Glasgow Scotland where world leaders committed to facilitating a clean environment, and in Makueni National and County leaders are expected to commit to channelling funds to facilitate climate action implementation.
