“I AM VERY SINGLE” RUTH MATETE ANNOUNCES THAT SHE IS READY TO DATE AGAIN

Gospel singer and minister, Pastor Ruth Matete has disclosed that she has been single for 2 years and is ready to date again.

According to Matete, she has opened doors for a man interested in courting her.

“I am very single….I am waiting for a man to come and tell me, ‘pastor when I think about you…,” she said.

She decided to get a 2-year space to recognize herself after her husband Beloved John Apewajoye died in 2020.

“I told myself I would give myself about two years before I can now think about being with another man. It’s actually two years past so shoot your shot if you wanna shoot your shot,” Matete said.

However, the mother of one is selective on the kind of man she would wish to spend the rest of her life with.

Matete would be more interested in a man who is mature, ready to settle down, and capable of making his own decisions.

“I don’t want young men. I want older men. I am not a child and I will be 37 next year. I need someone who understands…when you come, you know what you have come to do.”

Matete also advised other single parents not to give up in life, but instead be willing to accept situations and understand people.

“If you want to be with someone, you have to be open. You can be a single parent and be more to that child than what two parents can be to that child” she said.
